Our Story
As a small, boutique holiday let agency with a passion for travel, we at Chilled Retreats, understand the importance of time away from the everyday. This isn’t just another holiday – it’s your perfect escape and we put your vision and needs at the heart of everything we do.
Founded by husband-and-wife duo, Michael & Sarah, who between us share over 30 years of experience in the holiday letting business and with access to fabulous private holiday homes across Greece and Spain, we match you to the perfect boutique retreat.
Our Property Rental Directory does not contain exhaustive property listings, but an eclectic range of style-focused property rentals and unusual places to stay which are carefully selected for inclusion by our team based on their individual style, setting, size, charm, and character.

We keep our portfolio intentionally small and niche, being boldly choosy. We work with a select few private homes that stand out from the crowd and offer truly special holiday escapism. Purveyors of fabulous design-led stays, Chilled Retreats properties are much more than a standard holiday home, each has its own unique style, ensuring a stay becomes an experience.
Finding amazing rentals is incredibly time consuming, even stressful! We sort the wheat from the chaff and provide a refreshing antidote to the unimaginative holiday let experience.
From the very first conversation, our small team draws on a genuine understanding of your vision and desires. We will open the door to the retreat you’ve been dreaming of but were struggling to find. We don't just book properties, we unlock experiences!
