Perched at the water’s edge in Roca Llisa, Villa Nereo is a beautifully considered retreat with nothing between you and the horizon. Across the water, Formentera sits in the distance, while the surrounding pine forest brings a sense of privacy and calm.
Designed by architect Jaime Serra, the villa is shaped around its setting. An infinity pool slips seamlessly towards the sea, shaded pergolas create quiet places to linger, and a long dining table invites slow lunches and evenings beneath the Ibiza sky.
The villa’s living spaces are designed to blur the line between indoors and out. Walls of glass open onto the main terrace, filling the home with light and drawing the sea into every room. Open-plan living and dining areas make the most of the panoramic views, creating an easy, sociable rhythm.
Against crisp white walls, sculptural furniture and unexpected bursts of colour add warmth and personality. Branch-crafted tables, live-edge driftwood and classic Eames chairs bring an eclectic, considered feel to the minimalist interiors.
Each of the five en suite bedrooms has its own terrace or glass-fronted balcony, framing the south-facing sea views. Earthy tones, natural textures and considered details keep the interiors calm and understated.
